I am a pretty down to earth Pastry Chef and Cake Designer for the Lakes Region of New Hampshire which is the BEAUTIFUL Winnipesaukee Lake. I was encouraged to start Ooo La La out of my home in a weak economy, while being a full time single mother of a beautiful son. It has truly been a blessing to share with the world ...my love for cakes!! I am not cookie cutter baker, I learned from the best God has placed in my path, molding and shaping my 21 Years of serious baking.  

Scratch baking is the only baking I know how to do and I am so blessed to have talent of being an all around baker. I have baked breads, cookies, European style pastries, pies and of course cakes of all kinds!! Every creation is different, from the look to the amazing taste of my cake menu and pleasing clients with both has been a great success! 

My Love for baking started at the early age of 14 and has been my drive to where I am today as well as where I hope to be in the future. I have a Baking and Pastry Degree from Johnson & Wales University, I have traveled to Milan, Italy to Intern in the European baking and have worked with some amazing Chefs/Pastry Chefs who were not necessarily famous but great at the business of cake designing.  

My love for teaching has also been a dream of mines and am now teaching at The Lakes Region Community College, sharing my experience. God has truly blessed my heart and hands to Teach and create some amazing cakes for  all who cross my path! I love the challenge of being pushed outside the box with every cake order thus growing the artist within.
